Step 1 is to sort out the question.

Do you know what the five sense are? If so, then you can look for
information on each one.

Some good places to start? Well, we have no idea of your level --
might be anything from 3rd grade to, well, higher.

How about a biology book as one place to start?

How about a basic encyclopedia, for some basic info?

Just browsing the shelf at your local library may help. Browsing gives
ideas.

Hope that helps some. But, seriously, it is important to narrow things
down. You have asked one huge question -- and we have no idea of your
level or what it is you want about the senses. Narrow things down, do
one thing at a time.
